Responsibilities

The role calls for project-running architects with residential and heritage experience across design and delivery. With an active portfolio of high-profile projects, you'll have the opportunity to bring buildings of historical and cultural significance to life. Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing projects from initial concept through to delivery

• Applying innovative and creative design solutions to projects

• Assembling and coordinating tender packages

• Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements

You'll need:

• Part 3 architectural qualification with 3-5 years experience

• Proven experience in residential and heritage projects

• Experience in design and delivery

• Excellent technical drawing skills

• Good knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
